Dimensions of Disclosure 2019 – Censorship, Consciousness, and the Unstoppable Truth – James Gilliland

When we look for information, we tend to focus on respected documentation that has been verified by several different sources before us. Many of us are prone to evaluating this information based upon the opinions and perspectives of others before we consider it trustworthy. However, what happens when we are presented with first-hand information or experience and are tasked with discerning the data for ourselves?

What happens when we are faced with tangible and undeniable encounters with the unknown and are left to independently recon these firsthand experiences before anyone else has? These are two questions that author, speaker, and experiencer, James Gilliland, faces on a regular basis.

James has had numerous contact experiences over the years including multiple UFO sightings, spiritual manifestations, ET encounters, and even interactions with Big Foot. These and many other phenomena have been highly impactful for James and numerous visitors to the ECETI Ranch.

Each year, hundreds of campers and attendees come to the ranch to witness these phenomena for themselves—phenomena which easily overturn many of the mainstream belief systems of today. These experiences tend to be life-altering and challenge visitors to expand their minds and confront their own standards of normalcy.

Yet even though Gilliland's experiences can be otherworldly, he still manages to maintain a very down-to-Earth vibration in communicating these encounters to audiences. In fact, James' discussions about these topics can actually assist audiences to digest these supernatural events in a comfortable, palatable, and high-vibratory way.

Conference Notes

• James starts his talk by pointing out the fact that many presenters at the conference had an uncanny way of making parallel observations, researching similar subjects, and have even had some of the same insights. It's as though we are connected at a higher level of consciousness and are gaining new wisdom as a group.
• We are ascending in consciousness together, and in doing so, we are receiving the same insights from multiple angles.
• Censorship is rampant. 
• Trolling has been a huge issue as well.
• The trolls can't stand up to the evidence we produce, so they try to attack our character instead. This has happened to James on multiple occasions.
• Tens of thousands of people have come to the ECETI ranch and have seen the evidence of UFOs firsthand. It's pretty undeniable that these craft are under some level of intelligent control.
• James has been accused of being a cult leader, a sexual predator, a Russian beastiality leader, a pedophile, and many other distasteful things. Yet none of these accusations were based on fact or observation at all.
• The trolls seemed to be projecting their own failures and personal problems onto upstanding figures in the truth and disclosure community.
• The ECETI ranch doesn't charge thousands of dollars for people to see UFOs. Yet those who lead the trolling efforts charge people thousands of dollars to be part of their organizations. When we look at the backgrounds of the most active trolls, we find ties to Satanism, the Rockefellers, the Clintons, and other questionable elitist interests.
• There seems to be an extremely controlled disclosure narrative coming forward which appears to come from nefarious sources.
• At one point, James had a very famous figure approach him and offered $300,000. They wanted a major Hollywood personality to make a documentary about James and the ranch. That producer wanted to make this documentary on his own terms, but James told them no and, in a word, told them that he was not for sale.
• On the subject of disclosure, a little bit of knowledge can be dangerous.
• If we choose to share what we know, it's important that we communicate the entire truth.
• There is a war for disclosure going on which involves Satanism, pedophilia, and many other heavy subjects.
• The mainstream media has proven itself to be untrustworthy. Stop listening to the Reptilian News Network.

• At this point, James plays a video about Peter Slattery and some of the jaw-dropping footage Peter has recorded over the years.
• The galaxy is shooting out gamma rays like crazy. No corporation, Satanic group, or criminal organization can stop what is happening.
• We have to get frequency-specific in order to transition through what's coming. We need to align with universal law because if we don't, we won't be here when this transition accelerates.
• The changes we're undergoing as a collective are massive in scale.

• The energy deluging the Earth right now is off the scale.
• The Schumann resonance has been off the charts for a long time.

• The Earth is getting bombarded right now.
• The energies impacting the planet are currently above level 500. In past years, this level was only around 50.

• The Auroras are ramping up as well.

• NASA has been out to the ranch repeatedly—sending 5 to 6 people at a time. They've seen the ships and even brought their equipment to verify the phenomena there. Yet they seem to lie about their findings. They end up contradicting their own data just so they can claim that nothing is going on at the ranch. But we know better than to take NASA at their word.

• There was one particular NASA employee who was trying to debunk what was happening at the ranch, but there was no way that he could dismiss all of the occurrences he witnessed. He ended up admitting his belief something was happening at ECETI, but James avoided saying the man's name because if he was outed, he would lose his job.
• A lot of visionaries have seen what could be described as a solar kill-shot that is predicted to take down the entire power grid and all of our electronics. This is what the remote viewers have seen (destruction), but the people who were viewing these events were below the psychic barrier. Below this barrier, it's not possible to see all the higher-dimensional assistance we are presently receiving.
• Divine intervention keeps blocking these solar kill-shots.

• As James describes, in one image, there was an Earth-facing CME kill-shot building up on the solar surface. But the images that followed showed a ship that extended an energy field of some kind and deflected the energy of the CME.
• It's unreal how many of these would-be kill-shots have been blocked in this way.

• This is the great chicken god (above), as James refers to it. Look to the left of the dark portion.
• There is a feedback loop between the sun and the Earth. The sun is not only light; it has a conscious component to it.
• If we humans get too close to the sun, we'll burn up, but this is only because we have physical bodies.

Dimensions of Disclosure 2019 – "Online Warfare" with Jordan Sather

• As James describes, many of the beings that interact directly with the sun do not have physical bodies as we do.
• Stanford University did studies on monkeys, exposing them to a fluctuating magnetic field and as they did, the monkeys exhibited every behavior from semi-coma to self-mutilation.

• Magnetic fluctuations cause earthquakes, volcanoes, and other natural events.
• Both the sun and the Earth are undergoing these magnetic fluctuations.
• The global-warming alarmist narrative has been highly exaggerated.
• The oceans have risen a minuscule amount. 
• According to the raw data, the Earth is cooling off.
• We have fuelless energy, anti-gravity, counter gravity, and other advanced technologies. We don't need to be dependent on the primitive technology we're currently using.

• Are the volcanoes conscious? Think about Pele of Hawaii.
• Notice the faces.
• This is Sakagura in Japan (above). There is a higher component to all of these sites and events.

• The images above show Popocatépetl as this mountain was about to explode. Before it did go off, several lightships appeared out of nowhere and went down inside the volcano.
• The eruptions stopped immediately.
• This could be considered divine intervention.

• Quan Yin, Baba Gi, and other ancient figures are appearing at the ECETI ranch.
• Many people come to the ranch asking for evidence that the claims they've heard are true. But the supernatural events there are dependent on a person's energy. If a person is not in the right energetic place, they may not experience anything.
• "He who owns the gold makes the rules." This is the golden rule.
• We've heard of the financial reset and revaluation of currency. These are real concepts, according to James and many others, but the process needed for the reset keeps getting interrupted.
• The money gets transferred, but the Cabal keeps stealing it.
• There is going to be a financial reset along with many humanitarian projects coming forward.
• The Orion system is not entirely evil, as some may assume. There are benevolent ETs who come from the Orion system.
• The Orion system went through an extended period of war and after this war ended, many who helped to win the Orion war came here to help liberate the Earth. This is important to remember.
• People tend to look down on the Orion system and assume that all Orions are here for conquest and domination of the Earth.
• There are the Andromedans, Pleiadians, the Orion Council of Light, and many more.
• Each group is said to be here to assist the Earth through its transition.

• Mt. Saint Hellens went off to release pressure so that Mt. Rainier and the others could avoid eruption. Saint Hellens sacrificed itself for the sake of other mountains nearby, as James says.
• This looks to have been caused by HAARP (below) and is similar to what happened in ancient Atlantis. It was the misuse of technology that ultimately destroyed the Atlantian civilization.
• This sky phenomenon occurred just before the recent earthquake in Haiti hit.

• This is part of why Atlantis was destroyed. Atlantis and Lemuria went to war. The Lemurians were space-faring, and they redirected a meteor toward Atlantis to destroy it. This is where the Atlantic Ocean came from.
• We need to know the real history of Earth.
• The survivors of the Atlantian catastrophe had to restart civilization as primitives.
• The HAARP technology of today is very similar to what the Atlantians had.

• There are actually 8 Earths, as James states.
• When visitors practice ye gong at the ranch, they can sometimes phase out, or become partially or fully invisible. While invisible, some people like to prank each other by walking up to a group, saying hello and startle everyone in the group.
• When you are higher in vibration like this, you can still see lower dimensions, but the lower dimensions can't see you.
• These ye gong practitioners are actually traveling to another Earth through their meditation.
• At this point, James discusses a hierarchy of advanced ETs.
• At the bottom of the barrel, you have the Anunnaki. Not all of the Anunnaki fell. There was a big rebellion that took place in their past and the fallen ones stayed here on Earth, while the others left.

• There are some public figures at the top of the food chain that are in league with the negative Greys.
• Grey hybrids are nasty beings.
• As we expand in consciousness, the negative will come after us. So we need to make alliances with positive beings which are higher than the negative beings to assist us in defeating the negative.
• We need to strive to have impeccable integrity, though none of us are exactly perfect.
• We are here to build community.
• James has a very politically incorrect sense of humor, so this is something people need to get over when they come to the ranch. We need to be authentic, and sometimes that involves bad humor, according to James. This can help people let go of their need to control others and to worry about controlling themselves instead.
• It's never healthy or respectful to try to control others.
• If you don't like what you're feeling, do a healing.

Dimensions of Disclosure 2019 – Conference Notes – "The Road to Restoration!" with Leon Issac Kennedy

• The Tall Grays are nasty. They can send very negative feelings to us, but if we refuse to own the thought, and if we do a clearing, we can have relief.
• The temple is within. The soul sits just beside the heart. There is an extensive amount of power in this area of the body.
• If you embody Christ energy, people will hate you because you reflect back to them their own failures.
• We need to depersonalize this process of awakening.
• No one is going to see us for who we actually are.
• If anyone has power over you, it's because you want something from them. If we go within, no one will have power over us.
• We go beyond this dimension when we go within. The real contact experiences are occurring inside of us.
• On the 4D level, there are dis-incarnated souls and archons. The entire collective consciousness also resides in the 4D.
• James then tells a story of when Blegee—a female feline being—came to greet him. This woman telepathically asked him to come play. When he did, they went running off in feline-like bodies and had some type of adventure. When James came back to his body, he felt somewhat disappointed that he had to return.
• Some of the Anunnaki kept ascending. They did not all fall.
• The lion beings are the same beings that protected Lakshmi and are very powerful. These lion beings tend to be somewhat goofy in their demeanor because if they weren't, they would be too intimidating for humans to interact with.
• All of the benevolent dimensions are pressing in and cleaning up the negative beings as they do. There is going to be a big flip, after which we will have a new world.
• As we hear these things, we are receiving downloads and are helping to change the collective knowledge and energy of the planet.
• We live in a sea of influence and are constantly affected by unseen forces.
• Dolphins, horses, elephants, and other animals are in the same soul family as humans. Many people don't know this.

• Gilliland tells the story of a woman (above) who was being influenced in a very negative way. She came to James very sick and asked for help. It turned out that there was a dis-incarnated man attached to her.
• The woman's husband didn't believe this woman's stories. So he went to the police and asked about the building they lived in. A man had died there, and when the husband showed the above image to the police. They told him that this was the man who died there. This man was a drug addict and had died in the building years ago.
• James shares the fact that his group and website have a healing prayer that can remove these entities rather easily.
• These are a few negative ETs (images below).
• The hooded beings are believed to be Reptilians. That's why they never show their faces.

• Not all of our thoughts are our own. We need to know ourselves and know when we are being interfered with so that we can clear ourselves out.
• James then shows a video of some type of UFO event in the sky over Vegas. One group remote viewed this occurrence and they said there was a war going on in the sky over the city. They saw bug being splattered everywhere during their viewing session.
• We as humanity have already won the war, but we're still walking through the problems of the physical world.
• We have to take care of our bodies.
• There is a movement that is attempting to promote the Hindu deity, Shani.
• Shani is related to Saturn and Lucifer.
• People think they are channeling and relating with a benevolent being, but are not careful enough to ensure the being is positive.

• All religions have bearded gods. These were most likely the Anunnaki.

• This is Obama's bodyguard (below). The video is pretty creepy, according to James.

• The Greys have been around forever.
• The Old Testament is filled with examples of a god doing horrible things. He was a genocidal, murderous, and jealous god. But the New Testament is full of benevolent acts by a loving god.
• Either God is a schizophrenic, or these were two different beings.

• If we plan to hook into Source, we need to realize that presumptions do not help the process.
• There are no accurate blanket assumptions about any particular type of being, especially from the perspective of our limited consciousness.
• We need to be subjective about these issues.
• It's important to understand the truth about the Anunnaki as well. Many of these being were and are benevolent, to reiterate.
• We as humanity represent a variety of ET groups visiting from many different star nations. This is more accurate to the true history of Earth.
• James tells us about encounters he's had with the Anunnaki women and says they are very loving, but they can seem very imposing due to their large size/height.
• There were times in the ancient past when these beings went against universal law, but in these instances, they were trying to save their entire planet.
• We can choose to see the Anunnaki as oppressors if we want, but that choice to view ourselves from a position of victimhood does nothing for us.
• This being (below) is one of the benevolent Anunnaki.

• There is no power in victimhood, it just feels good to some. There's no personal responsibility in seeking victim status, and this victim consciousness is becoming a plague on the planet right now.
• We're a multi-dimensional being inhabiting a 3D meat-suit. The Cabal is trying to hook people into the meat-suit by making us dependent on lower-vibratory standards.

• Gosford Glyphs, Australia contains an ancient monument with the entire record of the Earth's history carved in stone.
• The first colonies came to this land several thousands of years ago. The Denisovan Man had his genetics tinkered with. Then hybrids were created from this original Earth human.
• Visitors from space helped to create the modern version of the human.
• The moon used to belong to the Reptilians, but we took it back a few weeks before the conference.
• It can be dangerous to go to Gosford Glyphs without having the proper state of consciousness. If you go while in the wrong state, you could die.
• There is an account of two men who entered this site and tried to steal the knowledge that is held there. One of them died of a snake bite and the other was shipwrecked and died soon after.
• James tells a story about how he went to Uluru (another sacred site of Australia). While there, he saw two beings walking in the distance. They were very tall, they had feathers on their heads, and their knees bent the wrong way as they walked.
• He tells the local tribe what he saw, and they told him that those beings were the Junabi.
• These tribes consider the Junabi to be highly sacred beings, and this tribe had rarely seen them except on vision quests. But James casually walks in and they appeared to him immediately.
• Nature responds to higher consciousness.
• At this point, James shows a video of the ravens that greeted his group following a meditation they did.
• When these beings appear, they are full of love. James says that you just fall in love with them.
• James describes one particular female being who appears to him fairly often.
• The man James and his group were with was King of the Raven Tribe. The Ravens seemed to follow them that day as they traveled.

• The ships are alive and are connected to the DNA of the pilot.
• These are a few examples of energy ships (below).

• This image (below) depicts an encounter with a ship at Contact in the Desert.

• These are a few more examples of energy ships.

• Many of these ships are alive and are connected to the pilot. They are not quite physical which may be why they appear blurry.

• Blagee is a Pleiadian (below) who comes from 300 years in the future and has been coming back to help us. They are beautiful beings.

• This is her ship. You can actually see a being in a sitting position inside it.

• This photo was taken by Peter Slattery in the room where James was sleeping. Again, this is Blagee.

• Many of the beings who visit the ranch look very different. James lets us know that just because different beings come from the same system does not always mean they look alike. There are a variety of beings that can come from a given system.

• These are a few more images of beings that have appeared in the rooms at the ranch.

• This is Quan Yin (below). She almost appears physical in this image.
• These beings come through at different levels and some of these levels are close to physical manifestation.

• There are people out there taking amazing photographs of incredible phenomena, but these people are typically censored.
• This is Malea of the Orion Council (below).

• There was one instance when the Orion Council of Light pulled James up onto one of their ships and spoke with him. James describes their ships as being like aircraft carriers.

• Before the contact, James was sitting in a bathtub and requested knowledge. Then three balls of light came through the wall and went into his chest. The experience left visible burn marks on his skin. These marks changed shape over time (at one point, forming a heart shape) and then gradually healed.

• If you want to see an ET, go in the bathroom, turn on the light, and look in the mirror. There you go.

• This is TIP technology (image above). It measures the energetic output of different objects. When you're at Mt. Adams, you can feel the energy coming off of the mountain.
• There is more energy coming off of this mountain than the pyramids of Egypt.
• James describes a class on remote viewing that did a reading on Mt. Adams. According to this reading, the mountain has multiple dimensions, multiple levels, and there is a little bit of everything going on inside/beneath the mountain. Every type of multidimensional occurrence is most likely going on inside the mountain.
• Mt. Adams is an amplifier of our own experiences.
• James describes how the ships come out from the mountain to check the campfires they have at the ranch.

• Authentic UFOs are typically fuzzy in appearance. If you see images of UFOs online that are sharp and clear, they're most likely fake. There seems to be a field around these ships that somehow distorts light.

• There are multiple anomalies on Mt. Adams. There appear to be caves, doors, and even a massive Buddha statue outside of at least one opening. (See below.)

• The Velari have craft that look like ships from Star Trek.
• One night, these ships appeared over a church gathering and James wanted to talk to these people about the ships. But the church-goers didn't want to mention these ships, despite the fact that the siting was happening right over their heads. They couldn't acknowledge what was visibly happening.

• There are multiple instances of what look like campfires on the mountain, but after close examination with infrared technology, it was found that these fires had no heat signatures.

• These rock faces are vertical and there is no way campers could stay there.
• Organizations like Thrive and Ancient Aliens come out to the ranch to interview James, but they typically edit out all of his testimonies and contributions. These people eventually get hooked up with Steven Greer's producer and afterward, no one wants to get answers from James.
• The lights coming out of the mountain are cold. They have no heat coming off of them, according to scientific data. So when people claim that the lights on the mountain are only campfires or flashlights, it's clear they are not considering all the evidence.
• These lights seem to emanate starlight.

• Some of the most interesting images/videos about these phenomena come from Rob Freeman.
• Regarding the mysteries of Mt. Adams, there are more questions than answers.
• As it turns out, frequency may be the key to what people see on the mountain.
• The mountain could actually exist at different frequencies, and the higher-dimensional beings could be choosing who sees the ships/lights and who doesn't. Maybe what we do and don't see in general depends upon our frequency.
• There are ancient carvings on the mountain.
• The Yakama Nation used to bring their sick up to certain locations on the mountain, and they would be healed.
• At one point, this cave (below) was dubbed Jimmy's Door. Now, the whole cave has collapsed in on itself and is no longer recognizable from what it used to be.

• James shows a video of an object that was traveling extremely fast and yet didn't move like any animal or known Earth-bound aircraft. The video was a mystery.
• Upon closer examination, this object was found to be traveling at around 1800 mph.
• Critics claimed that this object was a Peregrine falcon, but no falcon travels at that speed. These critics weren't really interested in finding the truth but were instead attempting to prevent the public from learning about the activity at the ranch.
• When we examine these critics and pseudo-skeptical types, we find they are doing Vudu and/or black magic of some kind. They do everything they can to attack those who spread the truth.
• These objects can bilocate, and at times, they appear to divide into multiple manifestations of themselves.
• There were debunkers from NASA trying to claim that a UFO was the space shuttle, but the object would either be on the mountain, below the horizon or bi-locating in two places at once. Their attempts to debunk are usually asinine.
