In any investigation, there are typically key pieces of evidence or clues which hold the ability to make or break the case. We call these clues dispositive clues, and though they are said to be rare in the world of intelligence and legal investigation, when we find them, they can be extremely powerful in their impact.
When we look at the latest alleged case against President Trump, we may have realized that this case bears little to no resemblance to any fair trial, according to the American Constitution. By all appearances, the latest impeachment charade is little more than an encore of the first two times false charges were brought against the president by Deep State assets who apparently had personal vendettas against the president.
In short, the desire to impeach the president was clear long before any of these questionable parties had any legal reason for doing so (not that they have such a reason now).
Yet even still, it is important to learn the reality of American law so that we can see if and when the law is being violated. If we value the protections the law provides for ourselves and those we care about, it is only responsible to know and understand these laws and principles for ourselves. As we already know, either the protections the law provides belong to all of us, or they belong to none of us. That's what it means to honor equality. But, I digress.
It is important in any situation to be educated in the legal matters being discussed and to avoid giving in to confirmation bias or the mental laziness that causes us to simply believe to the loudest voice speaking.
Though the following video does not provide us with the entire knowledge base necessary to see the truth of the impeachment hearings, it does offer what could be a significant dispositive clue with the ability to destroy the questionable case once and for all. But as always, regardless of how true these facts may be, there is always the question of whether or not the people will care about truth, and whether or not the corporate media will give up their cash cow of president-bashing talking points to report the truth.
This report comes to us from Glenn Beck on Blaze TV. Though we may not agree with everything this source offers, the conversation itself may be very key in determining the outcome of the latest impeachment charade.
The fact that stands out is that this conversation reveals a clear bias in the motives behind the latest smear attempts against the president. Yet even with this bias, the statements made (among other things) suggest that the 2016 election was won legitimately and that it was certain Democrats who maintained corrupt connections in Ukraine.

Glenn: First of all, in April, former Prosecutor General, Lutsenko—the good guy, remember, the good guy that came in after the bad guy was taken out? He decides to give an interview with Ukrainian media. And in that interview, he makes a stunning comment. Quote:
"I don't know how, but the Americans got an audio recording of Mr. Sytnyk's conversation..."
Now that's the guy who ran the anti-corruption bureau.
"He is resting with his family and friends and discussing how he would like to help Hillary."
Ah, so the guy who's in charge of the anti-corruption, they caught him on tape talking about how he would like to... Well, let me play it for you. This is the first time—strange cause it's been out in the newspapers in Ukraine. This is the first time that we know of when this has been translated by anyone in the media in English. I just want you to listen.
Now the speaker you're going to hear is Director Sytnyk, and this is what he said. Listen.
Kolya: Did they... Those Russians... help him? Your people?
Sytnyk: I think they did. Yep. I helped him too.
Kolya: Oh, did they?
Sytnyk: Not him, but Hillary. I helped her.
Kolya: Yeah, right. Then her position tottered, right?
Sytnyk: Well, this is how they write about it. Right.
"Ivan": Hillary's humanitarian aid [INDISCERNABLE] American?
Kolya: Well, I am about... the commentaries. At that time, we were not in [INDISCERNABLE].
Sytnyk: Trump. His purely inner problem... issue... They dominate over the external matters. While Hillary... she is—how shall I put it? She belongs to the cohort of politicians who compromise the hegemony of U.S. Both in the U.S. and the entire world. Right. For us, it is... sort of... better.
For the Americans... what Trump is doing is better for them.
For the Americans... what Trump is doing is better for them.
Kolya: Well, we have lots of those American experts here now... [INDISCERNABLE].
Sytnyk: Well, there, you see. Why Hillary lost the election? I was in charge of investigation of their "black accounting" records. We made the Manafort's data available to general public.
Kolya: So what?
Sytnyk: He was imprisoned. Manafort then was the head of the Supreme Headquarter of Trump. Right. Then he was dismissed too. Including due to the "black accounting." After that, he was sentenced to 80 years in imprisonment term.
How about Trump? He did not give a sh**. They have their system working there, and it works smoothly.

Kolya: Everybody works smoothly there.
Sytnyk: And when they carried out the elections... A week before the elections, FBI reopened the investigation in respect of Hillary. So her rating dropped for 7%, and that is why Trump managed to win the election at a pinch.
I am still unable to understand why he is fighting with the FBI. They try to catch him on the hand. If it were not [for] the FBI, he would not have won the election. They torpedoed Hillary's rating [by] 7%.
