Government Accidentally Releases Documents on "Psycho-Electric" Weapons
They were mistakenly sent to a journalist.
The government has all kinds of secrets, but only a true conspiracy theorist might suspect that "psycho-electric weapons" are one of them. So it's odd that MuckRock, a news organization that specializes in filing Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests with state and federal government bodies, received mysterious documents about mind control, seemingly by accident.
Journalist Curtis Waltman was writing to the Washington State Fusion Center (WSFC), a joint operation between Washington State law enforcement and the federal government to request information about Antifa and white supremacist groups. He got responses to the questions he asked, but also a file titled “EM effects on human body.zip.” Inside, where documents like this:

At least some of the images appear to be part of an article in Nexus magazine describing a 1992 lawsuit brought by one John St. Clair Akewi against the NSA. Akewi claimed that the NSA had the "ability to assassinate US citizens covertly or run covert psychological control operations to cause subjects to be diagnosed with ill mental health" and was documenting their alleged methods.
Nexus was, and still is, an Australian magazine focused on the unexplained, conspiracy theories, alternative medicine and the like. It covered Akewi's case in 1996 but was unable to get Akewi to discuss it further: "I tried ringing Mr Akwei to find out what was the out-come, if any, of his court case. He firmly but kindly told me that he could not speak about anything to do with the case over the phone and hung up," reads an editor's note at the end of the article.
The federal government has absolutely experimented with mind control in a variety of methods, but the documents here do not appear to be official.
Waltman had no idea why these documents were included in his request and isn't sure why the government is holding them. The WSFC did not respond to requests for more information.

Just as in the cases of massive covert spying operations conducted by U.S. government organizations, just like the true conspiracy behind the JFK assassination, so called "conspiracy theorists" are being proven correct in the case of remote mind control. It is strange to see the term conspiracy theorist still being used by the MSM in a derogatory tone when time after time, these free-thinking individuals are able to see through government secrecy, lies, and the corresponding MSM distraction tactics.
To think a seemingly left-field subject as remote mind control would be proven true in the year 2018 was not an expected event. Yet here we are.
The FOIA Runaround
It seems that whenever certain FOIA requests are submitted to government agencies, the agencies reject them for largely petty reasons. Usually, the underlying reason is that government interests do not intend to incriminate themselves or divulge sensitive material which might reveal their own misconduct and/or criminality.
Even when FOIA requests are granted, it seems that they are heavily redacted. Many citizens suspect that this redaction is intended to achieve the same goal as stated above—to protect those who are implicated in any crimes. In essence, these various FOIA loopholes can reveal the normal use of official nondisclosure classification being used as a shield against legal accountability for the crimes of government officials.
Is this FOIA abuse unethical? By all appearances, yes. However, this does not stop these government interests from committing these acts in the name of national security, keeping the peace, or whatever the latest reason/excuse for secrecy might be.
To add, the long-running secrecy of this technology may cause many to wonder whether or not such devices have been used to violate the human rights of unsuspecting victims. In my view, the mere existence of this technology, combined with the fact that it has long-since been hidden from public awareness suggests this very thing.

When you send thousands of FOIA requests, you are bound to get some very weird responses from time to time. Recently, we here at MuckRock had one of our most bizarre gets yet - Washington State Fusion Center’s accidental release of records on the effects of remote mind control.
As part of my ongoing project looking at fusion centers’ investigations into Antifa and various white supremacist groups, I filed a request with the WSFC. I got back many standard documents in response, including emails, intelligence briefings and bulletins, reposts from other fusion centers - and then there was one file titled “EM effects on human body.zip.”
Hmmm. What could that be? What does EM stand for and what is it doing to the human body? So I opened it up and took a look:
Hell yeah, dude.
EM stands for electromagnetic. What you are looking at here is “psycho-electronic” weapons that purportedly use electromagnetism to do a wide variety of horrible things to people, such as reading or writing your mind, causing intense pain, “rigor mortis,” or most heinous of all, itching.

Now to be clear, the presence of these records (which were not created by the fusion center, and are not government documents) should not be seen as evidence that DHS possesses these devices, or even that such devices actually exist. Which is kind of unfortunate because “microwave hearing” is a pretty cool line of technobabble to say out loud.
You know what’s even cooler? “Remote Brain Mapping.” It is insanely cool to say. Go ahead. Say it. Remote. Brain. Mapping.
Just check the detail on these slides too. The black helicopter shooting off its psychotronic weapons, mapping your brain, broadcasting your thoughts back to some fusion center. I wish their example of “ELF Brain stimulation” was a little clearer though.
It’s difficult to source exactly where these images come from, but it’s obviously not government material. One seems to come from a person named “Supratik Saha,” who is identified as a software engineer, the brain mapping slide has no sourcing, and the image of the body being assaulted by psychotronic weapons is sourced from raven1.net, who apparently didn’t renew their domain.
It’s entirely unclear how this ended up in this release. It could have been meant for another release, it could have been gathered for an upcoming WSFC report, or it could even be from the personal files of an intelligence officer that somehow got mixed up in the release. A call to the WSFC went unreturned as of press time, so until we hear back, their presence remains a mystery.

When we see the potential uses of these weapons systems and consider the fact that we have no idea who is in charge of operating them, the reality of the situation begins to come into view.
Let's consider the gross amounts of secrecy about similar projects which the government and corporate world have maintained for the majority of the twentieth century.
MKULTRA and the US Track Record
The CIA operation known as Project MKULTRA was probably one of the most heinous operations conducted by the United States government. This project was conducted not only by government personnel but was a joint operation between the U.S. and active Nazi military who had been smuggled into the United States under the guise of national security. Unlike the other scientific personnel who immigrated via Operation Paperclip, these Nazis were still very active, and with the help of U.S. officials, doctors, law enforcement, and social services, they were allowed to apply their own sadistic experiments on American citizens.
During this project, Americans were kidnapped, drugged, held against their will for extended periods of time while specialized doctors conducted experiments of torture and mind control on them.
Victims were subjected to copious amounts of drugs, painful torture regiments, and various tactics designed to break down their free will. From these horrendous projects and all of the subsequent programs that followed, we learned that American government interests and contractors were capable of almost any indecent and violent act, granted they knew they could get away with it without facing justice.
According to declassified records, the officials and specialists who participated in these programs knew that what they were doing was morally reprehensible, and this was a major reason why the project was classified for so long. This secrecy was not to protect national security as listed in documentation, but by all appearances, it was to prevent those who participated in MKULTRA from being tried and hung for treason and crimes against humanity.

Nearly all of the government, medical, and corporate personnel who committed the consecutive crimes against humanity during Project MKULTRA were able to do so because up until recently, the U.S. government has operated solely upon a standard of criminal secrecy. This can be proven with the multiple projects (including ULTRA) which deliberately violated human rights in numerous ways with the excuse of national security to justify it all.
We may consider such abhorrent behavior of government and imagine what the use of remote mind control devices might be. Would these weapons be used against U.S. citizens? According to the past perspectives which the government seemed to have about the American public, the possibility seems clear.
How to Test Physiological Weaponry?
We may look at these weapons and ask how such devices were tested and known to work the way in which the above diagrams describe. What were the scientific tests performed to ensure these worked on human beings? Were these tests completed solely on volunteers, or were they forced upon the public in the way that past government operations were?
These questions may be unanswered as of this moment. However, it should be noted that technologies that can be used to cause such problems within the human body remotely are not typically designed or used with benevolent intentions.
It is difficult to imagine any benevolent use of these systems on human beings. Unless these devices were used in settings such as prisons to help maintain peace and even to possibly assist in rehabilitating prisoners, the situation might be different. However, considering the history of the U.S. government and its various corporate affiliates, such benevolent use does not strike me as likely.

Dream Manipulation
Perhaps one of the most bizarre aspects of this technology is the claim that dreams can be controlled by unknown interests using electromagnetic frequencies. According to the documentation, there is a certain frequency of light that can actually control the way in which a person dreams. Upon seeing this disclosure, we might wonder just how far this ability of dream manipulation may go. Can these frequencies be used to control what we dream about and when? If so, it appears that the violent intent behind this technology goes beyond what many people believed to be possible.
Social and Societal Implications
We may consider the overall proposal that mind control is now possible via remote influence. We may think about the different personal issues we have had in the past and wonder whether or not these were caused solely by our own choices. This is not to defer responsibility for our life decisions, but to acknowledge the possibility that if these inhumane interests chose to cause social problems between ourselves and those around us—causing unhealthy shifts in mood or sentiments at certain points—they could easily cause us to act destructively toward the people around us.
Perhaps we would have no idea that we were being manipulated to any degree. We just might believe that at certain points, our friend or significant other was being extremely agitating, but in reality, we may be the victim of such mind control at that moment.
Whenever malevolent people desire to abuse anyone, they will typically isolate that individual so that their loved ones will not be able to interfere with the abuse. If clandestine interests desired to control any given person for their own gain, they might use this technology to cause strife in otherwise peaceful and happy relationships so that friends and significant others part ways and the subject is left with a weak support network. At that point, the victim can more easily be controlled remotely or via other means.
The disclosure of this technology may also cause us to look at our health in a new light. When suffering from sudden aches and pains, many people are left wondering why they are experiencing these difficulties. Once again, this new possibility of remote manipulation via electromagnetic weaponry comes to mind.
In a way, we might be grateful that these weapons are finally being disclosed to the public, and this may be a good perspective for us to hold. However, these revelations do bring into question just how many other disclosures of potentially hazardous technologies await us. Who might be hiding such technology and what will it take for such organizations to come clean?
