In previous commentary on Gaia Portal, we explored the possibility that these messages spoke of present or future events in the past tense. It also seems as though the events described above may happen for different people at different times. Which ever of these scenarios is true, these possibilities yield quite an exciting experience for the planet if they prove to be accurate.
This update offers one term which may be somewhat unfamiliar with some readers, so as usual, we will define these for our understanding.

As it turns out, this term prescient, refers to an ascended ability of knowing prior to scientific observation. If an individual possessed this ability, they might be able to see far beyond the step by step process others use to evaluate the world around them. Understandably, however, this ability of prescience would only be useful to either those who possessed it or those who understood its existence and utility. Beyond these two groups, this ability may go unnoticed or unappreciated.
Prescience
If and when this ability of prescience comes to humanity, it may take a moment for the planet to catch on. However, with time and adjustment, this ability may be appreciated and eventually, it may become commonplace and exist as simply a normal ability of Earth humans.
According to the update, the coming together of those who are prescient either will be (or is) in the process of taking place. Those humans who possess these ascended abilities may actually be unifying in some way and pooling their talents in order to assist in the evolution of humanity.

As we have heard, the abilities of one person can be substantial, but when many people with similar abilities come together, their talents can be magnified in significant ways. If this ability of precognition is a growing ability of humanity, it may be combined with those who possess the ability of telepathy, of healing, and other talents which are commonly considered to be superhuman.
If such a gathering is taking place, this may mean that the process is somehow assisting the planet in becoming a cosmic civilization instead of simply a planetary species, according to the update. In fact, many whistleblowers maintain that the human race has already become a solar-systemic race. However, this process has been forced, and dishonoring of life, according to testimony.
Galactic Family
The passage that discusses the concept of the stepchildren of the galaxy could hold several meanings. The first thing that comes to mind is that in some way, we as the human race are to be accepted into the presently existent galactic family which is said to consist of the whole of benevolent galactic groups.
This passage may also refer to new members of our respective galactic families making contact or even coming to visit the planet at some point in the future. This is simply one possibility among many. However, it does seem like an interesting thought.
Big Changes for All
The remainder of the update appears to be self explanatory for the most part. To see the possible future events of misery ending and celebrations beginning are not very cryptic in their meaning. However, there are still several possibilities with regard to the interpretations of these passages.
As we may know, to some degree, misery is a choice for anyone to experience at their leisure. At any moment, an individual may choose to see their life as a negative experience and to focus upon that which they do not desire. At the same time, there are those who choose to focus upon all that is good and all of the possibilities that exist within their life, despite their immediate circumstances.
Either of these choices may be made regardless of a person's physical situation—whether they are well-off or impoverished. A person may be living in destitution or in the greatest state of privilege possible, and yet still be able to choose either a positive or negative perspective. In this way, these two paths are always available to any individual.
The statement, "Misery ends," could either mean we as human beings will no longer see a need to view our situation as miserable, or it may mean that we will no longer have any exterior reason to feel the emotion of misery. In my perspective, this statement translates to both, and both of these give excellent reasons why celebrations might begin.
Victory of the Light
"The light has won." This is no small statement. As we may know, the universe exhibits the characteristic of polarity at virtually every level of scale. Positive and negative, light and dark, masculine and feminine—all poles have their opposites, and each of these poles has their own purpose. So how might one pole triumph over its opposite without universal order breaking down.
It may be that the update is referring to the possible future or present of light triumphing here on Earth. It is true that the universe has poles. However, there are a variety of possibilities for the interactions of these poles. For example, polar opposites may not always need to exist in the exact same quantity (or intensity) on the same planet. If there are two poles of consciousness presently contending here on Earth and one defeats the other, this would mean that somewhere else in the galaxy or the universe, the opposite pole would somehow be balanced.
According to some sources, the planet has been grossly imbalanced for generations on end. The dark (or negative pole) has held a grip on the planet and has been completely out of balance with universal order. This excess of darkness may be that which has been defeated. It may have either been banished to an isolated area of the galaxy or eliminated from the universe altogether in order to alleviate the imbalance within the universe.
Whatever the true meaning behind this update may be, it seems as though there is great progress to be made or that is presently being made within the unseen realms.
