The energetic state of the world at present is said to be that of immense possibility, of eager anticipation, and of massive potential for change. The inflow of galactic energies which influence life and consciousness at present are said to be changing our planet in profound ways which most of us have yet to understand.

Events on planet Earth are presently at a tipping point, and at this time, our collective consciousness has a significant influence upon the way in which these events progress.  Every thought we think, every emotion we feel, and every desire we have has massive potential for creation, manifestation, and for the direction of planetary advancement.


This skill of manifestation is one with which we may not be completely familiar. However, we may be surprised to know that we have been using our power of manifestation for our entire lives, though up until this point, we may have only been doing so unconsciously. As crucial as our present juncture is, it is vital that we become fully conscious of our ability and potential for manifestation.

This article is dedicated to rousing our consciousness at this pivotal moment in our development, and to awaken us to our true ability as divine beings to remake and reshape the world around us for the benefit of all. Within this article, we will discuss how successful manifestation is achieved, and the vital ingredients included within this process.  We will even demonstrate how these steps have been common practices for each of us even though we may not have realized the fact.

So get ready.  It's time that we uncovered the mystery of our own divine ability.  Let's get into it.

What is Manifestation?

We have been told by numerous sources that our present juncture in history represents a point of boundless potential, as well as a vital step toward evolutionary advancement for the Earth, and our solar system. We have heard that this particular point in history includes a series of energetic gateways which bring with them key opportunities for various leaps in development. This may be exciting to hear for many of us. However, receiving such news may be a bit confusing for us. How do we make the most of such a crucial opportunity? What are our options, and how do we create the world that we want during this crucial time? Let's examine.

Law of One - Unity and the Creation

As previously stated, the act of manifestation is one of which everyone is capable.  The Law of One text refers to this act in multiple ways, and within numerous contexts, and each time it does, the subject is described not simply a human act, or the act of an individual.  This manifestation seems to be communicated as an act of the infinite divinity which expresses itself through all elements of higher consciousness.

In Law-of-One terms the act of manifestation could be defined as, "the bringing of that which we perceive at any level of consciousness into the physical or tangible experience".  (Though this definition is not within the actual text, the text seems to refer to it each time manifestation is discussed.)  To manifest is a skill just like any other, and once we become aware of the process involved, we can freely and consciously use this skill whenever we wish.

There is one particular lecture which I have frequented in the past due to the densely-packed knowledge with it. This was one of my favorite talks on the subject of manifestation particularly because it was so detailed in its explanation. This was a recorded lecture from Darryl Anka, who is known for channeling the source who goes by the name, Bashar. (Though I don't typically rely upon channeling alone, I do find that it can be a very helpful compliment to one's research.  When any message is verifiable by numerous other reliable sources, this makes the message very useful in the search for accurate truth.)  The following is based upon the key components which Bashar spoke on the act of successful manifestation.

7 Steps to Successful Manifestation - Lecture Notes (Elaboration Included)

Vision – A picture, an image, and/or idea representative of the thing that we want. In order to manifest that which we desire, we must have a clear and specific picture of that which we want to bring into our physical experience.

Desire – The energy, the excitement, and the intense emotion which gives our vision its energetic potential to exist in our physical experience. The desire must be Intense in order for manifestation to occur. However, we may keep in mind that there is a big difference between intense, benevolent desire and insecure emotional dependency upon receiving that which we want. The desire must be accompanied by emotional security and confidence that our desire will be satisfied.

Belief – In order to manifest what we want, we must believe that it is possible for us to achieve it, and to create it.  We must know, explore and examine the reality that we want, and accept the fact that what we want is completely possible. If we don't believe it's possible, it will not happen.

In order to purify and to concentrate our belief, we must examine what we presently believe (which may be contrary to our desire), and then find out what it is that we would prefer to believe (disciplining our mind to be more aligned with our desire). If we believe in that which is not healthy for us, it is important to determine exactly why we choose to believe in an unhealthy reality for ourselves.

After we have disciplined our minds so that our beliefs are positive and healthy, we must know that our belief will be effective in creating that which we want.  That is, "Know"--not "think", not "consider our belief to be possible", not "thinking that it may happen".  We must KNOW that what we want can happen; it will happen; it is happening at this very moment.  This is the nature of true belief.

Acceptance – In order to manifest, we must let go of the belief of that which we do not want. This includes acceptance of the reality which we desire, as well as total acceptance of and within ourselves in the new reality which we desire.  We must let go of the ideas of, "I cannot have", "I don't deserve", and "I have not earned".  Whatever the emotional blockage is, we must remove it, let it go, and accept within ourselves that which we want.

(The 3 above steps could be considered a pretext or setup for solidification of our desired reality. They could be likened to the inhale before the gust of energetic exhalation which creates the physical universe.)

Intention – This is the direction of desired focus. It is the focusing of our will in the specific direction of creating our desired manifestation. Within this step, it is important to remember that intention and effort are not the same thing. This step of intention could be considered our conscious commandment of our reality. This is the exercise of our divine ability to reshape the universe according to what we want.

Action – This is an important step which brings the physical world into play. In order to manifest, we must behave as though the reality we desire to see already exists. To bring our desires into the physical universe, we must do the things we would do if we already had what we wanted. Our actions should reflect the reality of our successful manifestation, and not the reality that we do not want.  This is not the reality that it will eventually happen, and not the reality that it is about to happen, but the reality that it has Already Taken Place.

Detach – Yes, detach. In order to create that which we desire, we must detach from any outcome of our intended manifestation. We must let go of the outcome Entirely and Unconditionally. One may think of this as giving the universal consciousness a set of instructions with our will, intent, and desire, and then after doing this, we walk away and leave a sort of energetic vacuum of empty space. The universe then fills this space with that which we created.

This is the function of the universe, and this balance represents the natural interaction between divinity of conscious creator, and of conscious creation.  (This is the harmonization of the masculine and feminine aspects of the divine.)

By doing this, we use the universal paradox to manifest our desires--combining absolute intensity with no dependency upon the outcome whatsoever. In doing this, it is important to remember, that it is not our job to make any situation perfect. We would do well to remember that in all things, everything is already perfect. As we know and accept that everything is already perfect, all will become perfect before our eyes.

Additional Notes – When we have completed each of these steps, we must accept that our manifestation is reality. In this perspective, there is our own manifestation, and No Other Reality present. In order for our desired creation to exist in the outer world, it must first exist in real form within ourselves. It is also vital for us to remember that in all of this, the universe is not actually out there. The universe is within us. Our physical reality is a direct reflecting our internal reality. The universe doesn't simply have the tendency to reflect.  In a large way, the universe IS our reflection. When we understand this, we can begin to use our physical experience as a gauge, and an indicator of our internal state.

It is also important for us to remember that there is no need to manifest any particular sequence of steps to achieve our ultimate goal. There are no manifestive stepping stones necessary to get what we want.  We only need to decide what we want and to focus on the desired end result.

Ultimately, we may keep in mind that it is not our own reality that supports us. We are divinity, wholeness, and infinite light. In essence, we need no support.  In truth, it is we who support our reality, and not the other way around.  As we learn to be supportive of this reality, our reality will in turn support us in the moment—reflecting back to us the support we give to it—and as we do this to our greatest potential, our reality will reflect that same highest potential back to us.

On a personal note, this was an enlightening process to learn.  Considering the reality of the Event, of Full Disclosure, mass ascension, first contact, etc., it is very revealing of the possibility of that which many of us desire to see.  (Though these are not simply "possibilities".  According to the nature of manifestation, these are realities which are presently being created.)

This process may help us realize that the act of achieving every one of these events only requires a simple and easy process.  To add to this simplicity, we may realize the fact that we have been using this process of manifestation for our entire lives, though again, many of us have not yet realized this.  However, once we do, deliberate and conscious use of this skill will come much more easily.

According to the Law of One, each of these cycles include 3 major cycles of approximately 25,000 years each.  At the end of these 3 cycles, monumental change takes place upon the Earth.   Below is one particular section within the Law of One text which defines this situation as it is presently believed to be.

6.15 Questioner: What is the length, in our years, of one of these cycles currently?

Ra: One major cycle is approximately twenty-five thousand [25,000] of your years. There are three cycles of this nature during which those who have progressed may be harvested at the end of three major cycles. That is, approximately between seventy-five and seventy-six thousand [75–76,000] of your years. All are harvested regardless of their progress, for during that time the planet itself has moved through the useful part of that dimension and begins to cease being useful for the lower levels of vibration within that density.

6.16 Questioner: What is the position of this planet with respect to progression of the cycle at this time?

Ra: I am Ra. This sphere is at this time in fourth-dimension vibration. Its material is quite confused due to the society memory complexes embedded in its consciousness. It has not made an easy transition to the vibrations which beckon. Therefore, it will be fetched with some inconvenience.

6.17 Questioner: Is this inconvenience imminent within a few years?

Ra: I am Ra. This inconvenience, or disharmonious vibratory complex, has begun several of your years in the past. It shall continue unabated for a period of approximately three oh, thirty [30], of your years.

As many know, the Law of One text was channeled and published around the year 1981. As the source behind this text states, there was an estimate of approximately 30 years between then and the time period during which the Earth was to transition from a 3rd-density vibration to that of 4th density. This would indicate that we are now within that exact time window. Though it should be known that we ourselves are at the helm with regard to exactly when this ascension takes place. This is why it is vitally important for all of us to learn how to take charge of this moment, and to create within it the world which we desire to see.

As the text describes, the civilization of Atlantis sent a sort of energetic call out to the universe for help in energetic advancement and understanding.  Initially, they received help in the form of visitations and pyramid technology.  However, soon afterward, those who had initially received this assistance turned to the negative path, and instead of using these gifts for the benefit of all, they used them to advance themselves, and in tern, used their advancement to dominate and rule over the rest of the Earth's population.

We have every aspect of modern society controlled in some way. However, it takes a intensive effort to maintain this control. Within the media, we see virtually every aspect and tool of social control applied with such precision, and yet with such subtly that many of us do not even realize what is happening. Here is a list of these methods.

Media Saturation – Every concept, every product, every consciousness-manipulating inception which the cabal applies to the population is communicated through media.  The suggestions made within these media are not simply suggested once or twice. These suggestions are pumped into the minds of audience members for weeks, months, and sometimes even for decades on end (depending on the effectiveness of the manipulation, and the scope of the desired outcome). In doing this, the cabal has been able to give subtle suggestions--within TV shows, movies, video games--of whatever it is they aim to accomplish.

Consistency – In order to successfully produce any outcome, the cabal must not only introduce an idea to the audience, they must maintain that idea in the minds of audience members.  The greater the amount and duration of subtle suggestions communicated, the greater the chances there are of successfully creating the desired outcome.

Carefree Experience – The above methods would not be very effective  for the cabal's manipulation machine if their suggestions were boring and unattractive. In order for the audience to accept suggestions which were completely disadvantageous to themselves, these suggestions must be communicated subtly, and with as many overtones of happiness, fun, and pleasure as possible.

For example, in order to create a cabal police state, the idea was introduced over extended periods of time via big budget movies, and extremely entertaining productions which made the intended reality seem like a fun fantasy, or a simply idea from which the audience had a comfortable degree of separation. It was only afterward that people began to realize that many of the dystopian movies from the 1980's (and those of the present) weren't simply entertainment. They were societal suggestions, and to some degree, they were effective.

The Illusion of Inconsequence – Every time the cabal has communicated their intentions to the masses, they have used entertainment to do so. This was advantageous to them because any media source has an effective ability to maintain audience attention even when the show is completely superficial, substantially hollow, and materialistic. In order to keep the attention of the audience, many companies have even turned to the CIA and the NSA.  This was so that the mechanisms of domestic spying and social-media infiltration could be used to learn what people were most interested in. After performing military-style reminiscence operations on the public, these companies created programing which their data showed to be most effective at holding the attention of the audience.

In their desire for entertainment, audience members can go from channel to channel, and movie to movie watching one show after another believing themselves to only be viewing pure entertainment. However, in reality, they are watching pre-programmed social suggestions designed to maintain psychological control over the masses. They have the blissfully ignorant condition of believing that nothing is going on that they cannot see. This gives them an indifference about any possible outcome of the effects of the propaganda which is fed to them nonstop through their viewing and reading experiences.

These steps could be considered the staples for mass mind control in modern society. This method can be seen within every corporate media source, and within virtually every developed country. There is one key to these methods though. You may have noticed it already. Can you see what it is?

These methods are the exact same methods which are used in the manifestation process. Let's take a second look.

Media Saturation – This is Vision. We see something that looks attractive to us, and this is where Desire comes into play. (We are shown something that we naturally want, and then an associated with something the cabal intends to give us is combined with our natural desire. The two ideas are merged into one, and our desire is used to coerce our consent to cabal control.) These are attached to the Belief that in order to have what we want, we must accept the conditions suggestion by media sources in order to gain it.

Consistency – Consistency of exposure to that which we are manipulated into wanting helps create the Belief in that which we are made to want. Over time, the consistent exposure of the audience to the conflation of desired outcomes creates Acceptance of the desires/manipulation.  The audience is made to believe that the conflation of the advertisement is necessary for their happiness and contentment.  We accept the conflation as the only option possible.

Carefree Experience – The entertaining way in which everything we are offered by cabal media is presented in a non-threatening way—giving the audience the illusion of choice, and the illusion of inconsequential results. This combination of fictitious impressions makes the audience believe that they are free to decide and that their decision will not effect their lives very much.

This is how the Intention to try the suggestion out, and the Action to go do or purchase that which is advertised is created. (This is where the funny commercial or the entertaining movie with negative, fatalistic, and self-destructive themes come into play.)

Illusion of Inconsequence – When audience members believe that their choice in belief or action doesn't matter, they are more likely to make a choice based on the desire for temporary gratification. This is why everything the cabal communicates is done through fiction or by means so subtle that they are hardly even noticeable by the average person. In this way, everything included within cabal propaganda has Detachment built into it.

In these ways, the audience is collectively used as a force of mass manifestation. This has been going on for nearly as long as television has been in existence, and possibility even longer. This is the method that has been used to cause a planet of free individuals to create and sustain their own slavery, and personally, I think it's about time for this to change.

On a collective level, it was our mass consciousness (initiated by manipulative and exploitative people) which made this world a reality. In order to completely change it, all we need to do is to adjust our focus and creative potential so that these powers of ours serve the whole instead of a few elitists. That's it. There are no other ingredients necessary.  Once we master manifestation, everything else will automatically fall into place.

This method can be applied to anything we desire (as long as we are willing to face the consequences, whether they be preferable or otherwise). If we want the Event, we only need to apply our power to manifest it. If we want mass arrests, we know how to do that as well. If we want prosperity, the same method applies. Once we have this method down, it doesn't take much energy at all to manifest our heart's desire. (Though it should be known that simply going through a list of points alone will not manifest our desires.  Rather, it is the understanding of these points, and the successful application thereof which will help us create our desired experience.)

After using this method enough, we may even come to the realization that we have done this all before, that we remember existing within the universe as divinely creative beings who had no need for anything else besides an idea and our own creativity. The moment is coming when we all come to this realization.

We are to remember our right and our ability to create as we please, and as we do, many of us will remember how pleasurable it has been to use this ability to serve others, and to advance the paths of all souls (including ourselves) on our path of divine evolution. In all of this, we will ascend, we will see all of our desires come to pass, and we will collectively add to the amazing experience of the divine infinity of which we are all a part.

(One point to note...  In learning of our true ability as divine creators, there is one key responsibility for each and every one of us to accept.  That is the responsibility to do away with all attitudes or perceptions of our own chronic victimhood.  As creators, we have ultimate power over our experience, and there is no way for anyone to rule over us unless we give them permission to do so.

The universe has shown no proof that it is an 'inescapable prison' as some choose to believe, and the only prison we experience is the one which we ourselves create.  If we want to be free, it is our job, and our choice to create that freedom, and to do this we must first accept the reality that our freedom is already true.)

This could be a result of the natural, galactic forces interacting with our solar system.  If this is the case, that would mean that this energy represents a sort of natural, energetic gateway which seems to have been designed to allow evolving beings to take their place in higher densities, and in higher states of conscious awareness.

On this subject of present opportunities, the Secret Space Program whistle-blower, Corey Goode, released a recent update on his experiences from Inner Earth.  Within this update, Goode discloses general information on what the present, energetic state of the Earth may mean with regard to human consciousness. I also received fairly specific briefings from Tear-Eir and Gonzales during the last encounters. While considering the concept of time, and the merging of timelines, one idea came to mind.  We may have learned by this point that the universe is similar to a holographic projection created by the unity of consciousness.  (This is opposite to the unproven notion that the universe is created by a big, unseen "computer" somewhere out in space.  By my observation, one of these ideas comes from a place of self responsibility, and self empowerment, while the other seems to come from a place of perpetual victimhood.  On this point, I will simply offer the idea that there is no victimhood which we ourselves don't create.)

We have this universe in which the flow of energy seems to take the shape of the spherical torus.  (Though this form seems to differ from the form of physical/particular matter.)  This torus seems to manifest in the same general flow wherever we see energy in motion.  We see this flow within galactic rotation and evolution, in the flow of atmospheric gases around planets, and we see in in the ways in which plants grow.  Every energetic flow within our universe seems to follow this form in some way.

It may be that if we were to see the progression of time, as well as the paths of timelines through their elusively linear trajectory, the combination of the entirety of these trajectories would take the same form as the rest of the energetic flows within our universe.  (This may be the case with consciousness as well--existing only at one central singularity, but expressing itself in a virtual infinity of facets of pseudo-separation.)  If this is the case, then this would mean that we as a conscious species are moving toward the zero-point at the center of this form, where all is unified and where potential progression is virtually infinite.

So we have this present, ongoing shift of vibrational frequency.  To add, we have this merging of timelines, according to the intelligence from Corey Goode.  If this is the case, this would mean that any number of choices of outcome are available to us as a planet. This would further mean that collectively speaking, there has never been a greater need for our ability of conscious manifestation.

The Time is Now

There are many world changes which each of us have longed to see. We have been told that our world was not what it could potentially be, and that we as a collective have the potential to change it, but we have never actually been shown the road to that change. It is my hope that with this article, we now have a clear means to create our desired world.

Our infinite ability and our divine right to reshape and to remake this planet has always been just that--Ours. We have always had this ability.  During lifetimes long past, we have used this ability to experience freely, and we will do this once again. The reason we were first put to sleep was so that this cabal-initiated game could be plaid with our mass consciousness. Thankfully, due to the natural process of galactic, solar systemic, and planetary evolution, this game is changing. We are awake now.  We are just as divine, just as powerful, and just as full of infinite potential as we have ever been, and once we take our power back, and use our ability of manifestation as we see fit, the course of this world will turn on a dime.

We will see that time itself is irrelevant.  We will see that space is an illusion created by our own choice of experience, and that all that truly exists is the divine infinity, and the unity that we all are. That time is coming. How do I know? I know because this is my act of manifestation, and not just mine, but that of many, many more.
